Being a boomer can be tough. It means that sometimes you are watching the TV (or in an elevator) and you hear a favorite song turned into a commercial (or muzak). Just this last week I heard a Supertramp tune as a lead-in to something or the other trying to get my attention. I turned to another channel before it could get into my head. But I won’t let that stop me from offering up some bits from the vaults that you all may find entertaining. In fact, I better hurry before all the music I like is turned into sales pitches. So let me present Bachman-Turner Overdrive. Led by Randy Bachman (of The Guess Who) and including two of his brothers, they had their good years in the mid-70s. Here are two of their hits, at least one of which you may recognize. They still rock.
