Here’s a brand new track from up-and-coming Nashville artist CAPPA. “Hush” is a little gem of a pop classic, think Broods in the beat with Grimes on vocals and that thing where Taylor Swift is always talking about what color dress she’s wearing. The result is its own good thing, the first we’ve heard from Carla Cappa in a few years since her last single “My Heart Is Beating Again.” “Hush” starts off all whispers and wishful sweetness, but gets to the satisfying point with a howly, thrashing chorus. The kind of secrets Cappa’s asking for usually don’t keep themselves, but after listening I’m convinced it’s worth a try. Stream “Hush” below.
