Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. – If You Didn’t See Me (Then You Weren’t On The Dancefloor)

Ask and you shall receive. A few months back the indie pop duo Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr were asked to make a lyric video for their new single “If You Didn’t See Me (Then You Weren’t on the Dancefloor.)” The result? This 4 minute gem, which they describe as “essentially one long, strange commercial for our favorite synthesizer that we used on our forthcoming album… the Teenage Engineering OP-1 [the thing that looks like the world’s smallest keyboard].”

“If You Didn’t See Me” is more a dance-oriented track than we’ve previously heard from the duo. With adorably awkward dance moves, quirky sartorial choices and 1980s graphics, you’ll surely approve of the video that accompanies their new sound.

“If You Didn’t See Me (Then You Weren’t On The Dancefloor)” will be featured on their upcoming Patterns EP, out April 16th.
