Ex Cops – Separator

Ex Cops have delivered their second music video to date, this time for the track “Separator.” Appearing on the Brooklyn duo’s debut LP, True Hallucinations, “Separator” is cool, calming, lush and reminiscent of current indie successes like The Pains of Being Pure At Heart and Real Estate. The bedroom-pop harmonies of Brian Harding and Amalie Bruun here are silky smooth, inviting you to relax in the track’s web of jangling guitars and psychedelic soundscapes.

The video for “Sepatator” gives life to Ex Cops’ vision of Brooklyn nightlife: biking in the dark, playing in the cold, a drink at a local bar and hanging out with a patriotic bar dancer. It’s fun, lively and in-the-moment, much like their music. Watch the video above.

True Hallucinations is available now through Other Music Recording Co.
