Interpol announce ‘Turn On The Bright Lights’ Anniversary Tour

Listen up! We’ve got some exciting news. Indie legends Interpol are celebrating the 15th anniversary of Turn On The Bright Lights, an album accepted across the board as one of the quintessential releases of our generation (you know who you are), with a world tour kicking off in August.

A little backstory: The band formed in 1997 in New York when guitarist Daniel Kessler enlisted the creative work of bassist Carlos Dengler and frontman Paul Banks. After gigging around and gaining a local following, they signed to Matador in 2002, recruited drummer Sam Fogarino and released what Pitchfork would name #1 Record of the Year. Since then, Interpol have released five studio albums and seven EPs to their dedicated audiophiles around the world.

With only two dates in the states at Queens’ Forest Hills Stadium September 23rd and FYF in Los Angeles September 30th, we’re scrambling for tickets. For those in Europe, enjoy the extended list below.
