Toronto’s own Tory Lanez took a trip down south Wednesday to perform a sold out show at The Fillmore Silver Spring. After short sets by Kurt Rockmore & Kranium, recent Cash Money signee Jacquees came out to get the crowd energized. He danced around stage to the screams of the crowd. The energy was at peak levels when Tory finally emerged. He played through singles, cuts from his debut album I Told You, and even performed his remix of “Controlla”. By the middle of the set Lanez was climbing into the crowd and continuing to sing as the fans supported him. He ended the night with his hit “Say It,” which the crowd was eager to participate in singing along with.
