[O]n the last night when we were waiting for a late train, this kid, on his first high, was losing his life on our bench. We played him a tune and what started out as a bit of company for this poor guy, turned out to be the benchmark for the next couple of years.
Since then the Leeds outfit has expanded to five members and are today releasing their debut single, “Messina,” unto the world. It’s an endlessly breezy tune with guitars that will whisk you away to somewhere nice and warm. Listen below.
