Somewhere on the boundary between dream and nightmare lies Slovenlie‘s “Disaster.” The debut track from this London artist is a beautiful piece of work driven by her haunting baritone. It’s all laid over a punishing, droning synth line and other glitchy sounds that echo the out-there works of Bjork. Considering she’s in the studio with producers who have worked with Chemical Brothers and The Prodigy, this doesn’t come as too much of a surprise. Point is, however, that “Disaster” is a must-listen. Take care of that below.
