The 1975 – Somebody Else

the 1975 somebody else

The 1975 won’t be repeating themselves on their upcoming album — I Like It When You Sleep for You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware of It — if the tracks we’ve heard so far are any indication. From the INXS-inspired “Love Me” to the unabashed dance-pop of “The Sound,” the Manchester foursome are looking to run the gamut of sounds with their upcoming release (out February 26th via Interscope/Dirty Hit). The latest LP preview “Somebody Else,” to no surprise, doesn’t borrow from its predecessors. It’s a synthy slow jam that reminds us of some of our favorite Cascine releases.
