The Japanese House has released “Sister,” the final track off her upcoming Pools To Bathe In EP. It’s no surprise that the track showcases the same intriguing and poignant beauty we have seen from previous releases. Beginning with a building, melancholy a cappella verse, Amber Bain incorporates subtle synths and percussion to create a more uptempo melody. Layers of warm guitar notes top it all off for an effervescent resolution to this enigmatic tune.
If the first three tracks we’ve seen from this promising London-based artist weren’t enough (and they were), this final one certainly cements our affection. Pools To Bathe In is due out April 27th via Dirty Hit.
